1. About Us

The ThinkHub Academy provides online tutoring services primarily in Maths, English, and Science for students preparing for 11+, GCSE, and IGCSE exams. All lessons are delivered virtually via platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

2. Booking & Payment

• Tutoring sessions must be booked in advance via our booking form or calendar system.

• Payment is required before the lesson begins.

• Payments can be made via approved third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Paystack…

• Packages (e.g. 5-lesson bundles) must be used within the agreed time period (e.g. 3 months).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.

• If ThinkHub Academy or your tutor cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded promptly.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances or where a session could not be delivered and no alternative was offered.

• Package purchases are non-refundable once sessions have started, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Lesson Delivery

• All lessons are conducted online.

• Students should ensure they have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for lessons.

• Parents are responsible for ensuring students attend sessions on time and are prepared.

6. Tutor Assignment

• We match students with the most suitable tutor based on subject, availability, and student needs.

• We reserve the right to change tutors where necessary and will always inform you in advance.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students must treat tutors with respect and engage in lessons with a positive attitude.

• ThinkHub Academy reserves the right to terminate services for any student who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials shared by tutors (worksheets, lesson notes, revision guides) remain the property of ThinkHub Academy.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials for commercial purposes without permission.

• We take safeguarding and data protection seriously. All tutors are screened, and lessons may be recorded for quality and safety purposes (with notice).
